Ars Musica Chorale’s 60th Anniversary Season begins with Carl Orff’s Carmina Burana, based on the medieval poem collection of the same name, speaking on the shifts in wealth, fleeting life, and joys of spring. This version will be the American premiere of a new instrumentation for chamber orchestra. Adelphi Orchestra will be joining the concert along with soloists James C. Harris, Kristen Plumley and George Johnson III, as well as the NJ Children’s Choir and Mount Olive Middle School Select Choir.
